Troubleshooting
I am having the same problem. No support from TurboTax. It is now April 19 and I cannot Netfile return using TurboTax. Latest update did not solve the problem.

Troubleshooting
Yesterday, April 19, I still had the error. Also got the same error message (when I went to print the tax return) regarding the error about TPF-1.U-V, which is posted at the start of this thread. As I can no longer wait to submit my return (I will be travelling), I had to submit the return yesterday to meet the deadline. So...here's the thing...I had to PRINT the return, something I have not done for over 20 years. PRINT. Like on paper.
Shame on you Turbo Tax.
And, after using Quicken and TurboTax for 20+ years, I'm done.

Troubleshooting
It may not help your situation, but filing for self-employed individuals is not due until June 15th. Payment of course is due April 30th. And yes, Intuit will discover (next year) how many clients they lost.

Thanks for the reminder!
One of us is self-employed and does owe. Even though I recieved an error for that return (to QC) mine went through fine and I have a refund transfer set to cover the amount that will be owed for the other. Do you happen to know if the amount I transferred to spouse will be put "on hold" so to speak, until his return is able to be filed? Or will we still have to owe interest if TT doesn't get this fixed in time for the deadline?

Troubleshooting
Hello,
I just managed to netfile my Quebec Tax File! The only thing I did differently was answer the question differently in regards to paying the amount due. I answered the question that I would be paying it within 5 days as I did pay the balance today! When I first tried to submit on April 7 I answered the question that I would NOT be paying within 5 days.
I hope it works for you folk as well! This has been beyond frustrating!

Troubleshooting
Thank you for your update, as a push was completed today and others have been successful in filing. This will work for some but not everyone, depending on the issue at hand.

Troubleshooting
If you're having trouble submitting your NETFILE QC return, please follow these steps and try again:
- Close the software
- Open the software
-> Note: If updates are still available, please install them
- Open your return
- Review the return, starting from the Review section
- Make sure to review ALL Warnings and errors.
-> Note: There should be none left
- Save your return
- Submit via NETFILE Qc
It is very important to follow the steps exactly as described to ensure that the updates are applied correctly.
If it still doesn’t work, please send me a screenshot of the error message you’re receiving, and I’ll contact the technical team again to see what’s going on.
Thank you

Of course I tried these steps. About 100x. None of them worked. I have been using QuickTax / Turbo Tax for 20+ years so of course I know that you need to Review before you Netfile.
By the way on the Revenu Québec site, there is a list of forms that are locked. The TP80 is not one of them.
This is clearly a problem with Turbo Tax and not with Revenu Québec.
Shame on you, TurboTax.
