Troubleshooting

If you're having trouble submitting your NETFILE QC return, please follow these steps and try again:

 

  • Close the software
  • Open the software

-> Note: If updates are still available, please install them
 

  • Open your return
  • Review the return, starting from the Review section
  • Make sure to review ALL Warnings and errors.

-> Note: There should be none left
 

  • Save your return
  • Submit via NETFILE Qc



It is very important to follow the steps exactly as described to ensure that the updates are applied correctly.

If it still doesn’t work, please send me a screenshot of the error message you’re receiving, and I’ll contact the technical team again to see what’s going on.
