How do I retrieve lost activation keys and delete activations for discarded computers?
A really common problem. I own a bunch of TT desktop products (here's a partial list; in reality, it should go all the way back to 2009). However, I lost the activation/license code for essentially all of them, often with the computers they were installed on. So my two questions are:
1. How to retrieve the lost codes, since I need to revisit at least the 2024 and 2023 returns to double-check an issue I suspect could lurk with my tax preparation?
2. Much less important: Is there a way to remove the info on installations on computers I no longer have access to?

I have emailed you your receipts, including a license code for the tax years 2024, 2023, and 2022.
Unfortunately, we don't have access to the installation key codes from 2009. If you still have the program installed on any computer, you can check your installation key.
No, there is no way to manually "deactivate" or remove an installation from a computer you no longer have access to.
