There is still a bug on Schedule 11. The form the way it is setup forces me to have to claim the tuition amount on line 9. However, if I am choosing to not claim it and want to transfer or carry forward due to a high income amount, I am forced to override this value (which no longer allows me to NetFile).
I spoke to the CRA and they confirmed that this should be a user definable value, perhaps default to the tuition total, but with the ability to change the value if desired (or put zero there). Doing this then allows me to have a value for line 17 or 18 as desired. PLEASE FIX THIS!
