Download issues

I purchased a copy of the Home and business and it will not load using either the cd or trying to get it to down load online. I do not get a prompt for the installation code, all I get is a window stating it has stopped working with two options.  One  to run a check on line or to shut it down.  Could I get a number to call someone please?
