Troubleshooting
Yes this happened to me as well, I have sent in all of my documentation to intuit for relief of arrears interest. I also did a recalculation of my taxes using a different software and this did not happen. I am generally concerned by this error. I hope we do at least get the money back for any interest owing to CRA. I hope it works out for you as well, call turbotax and they will get you the address of where you need to send your notices of reassessments. This was a total glitch in their system and needs to be resolved asap.

@gilles751 This TurboTax FAQ tells you how you can submit a claim under the TurboTax 100% Accurate Calculations Guarantee: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/turbotax-support/en-ca/help-article/tax-return/submit-claim-tur...
@Driven2323 TurboTax Online 2021 is no longer available. TurboTax Online 2022 has been updated so that the wording of the questions for the CARE credit are now more clear. The original wording caused confusion and led to people choosing the wrong options, which caused the CARE credit to either not calculate correctly or not at all.

The best way is to phone the support number [phone number removed] and request a Turbo Case ID number, than request to talk to a representative. Once connected, ask them to forward you an email identifying what you need to send with your claim and the address. The claim has to be submitted within 30 days of the date on your CRA notice of assessment of reassessment. Good luck

Hi, I am in the same situation and owes $11000 back to CRA. Can you share what are you doing in order to file relief for this?
