Troubleshooting

I am sorry you are having difficulty with your purchase. If you are trying to register TurboTax CD/Download version, and it's not working, you can ignore it as it is not required to use the program.

 

Most installation issues can be resolved from uninstallation your software and reinstalling from the download version. Please see link below for you to download:

If you are still having issues, please contact our phone support as they will be better able to assist you (*Not available for TurboTax Free users*). If the agent cannot resolve on the phone please ask for an escalation so it can be resolved at a higher level.
