If you do not already have Direct Deposit in place for your Tax Refund or GST Credit, you will need to contact CRA or your financial institution directly.

• You cannot add or change your Direct Deposit information using TurboTax.
• If you have already signed up for direct deposit with the CRA, they will use the existing bank account information for any payments you are entitled to receive.
