Account locked Up, Submitted One File but other I cannot
I do not understand, it worked perfectly last year, what is going on now?
This is the same file and same information.
I submitted one prior and now this one won't go through.
Is it due to high volume of covid19?

I called last week to correct error ( wrong birth date) which was done successfully, but cannot file today. Still showing account locked.

Troubleshooting
Once you have tried to Netfile 5 times with errors, the file will be locked from the CRA sight. TurboTax cannot unlock this file. You will have to contact CRA: 1800-9598281
