2013 to 2015 refuses to Netfile. Even the upload file in 2014 did not work. Now 2016 tells me to go back and Netfile from 2013 but CRA says from 2015 and 2015 di'n't work

I am trying to netfile and every year from 2013 to 2015 refuses to Netfile. Even the upload file in 2014 did not work. And now that I am in 2016 it continually tells me to go back and Netfile from 2013. However the software is not allowing a Netfile when I try it.  Also when I paid for the Audit Defence it says 2018 however I was trying to file the 2014 year. And in one of the years only my husband shows up when I filled out returns for both of us. How can I really get these returns Netfiled?

NETFILE is currently only available for filing 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018. TurboTax 2015 hasn’t been updated to change the message.
