My husband and I have used your product for many tax seasons and were always happy with the value we received for the cost. However, this year we were appalled when we had to pay $145.00 to file our 4 tax returns, which included our two children's, online. How can you offer new clients such a low introductory offer and then charge an exuberant amount for clients which have been faithful to your product for many years?
To say the least, we will be shopping for a new product for next years tax season.
