Hello, my son and I are trying to install turbo tax CA 2024 on my second computer, using my turbo tax account. We can access my account through the second computer but the 16-digit activation code is not working and the error message is "Something's not right, try re-entering your code."
Do you have any suggestions? We've tried multiple times.
Is this a TurboTax Online edition purchased from a retail store? If that is a case it can only be linked to one account. If your son has already activated with his account, it cannot be activated to the second account.

Thank you for replying. This is an online purchase from Intuit of the downloadable desktop TurboTax Standard 2024 edition. My son used my account, with the access code sent to me on the purchase receipt email. It worked for me, because I have it installed on my laptop. He is able to access my account but gets the message "Something's not right, try re-entering your code.", every time he tries to download.
Would you be able to help me with this?
