    Can I change form the online plan to the downloaded plan and not loose my info

    I entrered my tax information on the online plan. I haven't paid yet can I switch my info to the downloaded plan and have my info transferred or do I have to start over

    No. Transfer from TurboTax Online to TurboTax CD/Download is not supported.
