Can I change the online software I bought for Window to the Mac version? I bought the wrong version.

I bought the wrong version of Turbo Tax.  I wanted to buy the one compatible with Mac. Also i want to be able to connect my account with my boyfriend's account as all of my last year taxes were done under his account.

TurboTax Online is compatible with Macs, while TurboTax CD/Download only works with PC. You can't use TurboTax CD/Download codes with TurboTax Online. Here are the ways you can request a refund: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/2647900

To start a new 2017 tax return just go to the 2017 URL and login to the the account you want to use. If it is the same account as your 2016 returns and you were using a paid version of TurboTax last year (and this year), you can transfer in your information from last year. You can pay by credit card when you are ready to file your return.
