When I open Turbo Tax it is informing me that there is an update. I select "yes" to update but then I get an error stating that:
"Windows cannot find 'C:\Users\user\Documents\TurboTax\2020\Resource\ttdownload.exe'. Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again."
I actually did a search on my computer hoping it may be in a different folder but it is no where to be found.
Shouldn't this file be there from when I downloaded TurboTax? I have been using TurboTax for more than 10 years and have never run this issue.
How do I resolve this issue?
Please try uninstalling & reinstalling the program using the download from our website. It will not delete any of you saved returns.
