Can you reverse two of the three duplicate credit card payments on 11 January, 2016 (Jan 11, 2016, INTUIT CANADA, [removed], $33.89)?

My payment of $33.89 for Turbotax Standard 2015 was charged to my VISA three times in quick succession on 11 January 2016.

Can you reverse two of these charges?

I have the same problem.  My Mastercard was charged twice. Who do I contact to have the duplicate charge reversed?

I Ieft a message on the community website, and someone from Turbotax got in touch with me to say they had identified the error and that I should see the charges reversed in 8-10 days.

I just completed my return and when I went to go purchase it it gave me and authorization error.  it did this twice but the money was never red taken from my account.  when I tried paying the third time with my Gobank card it debited my account and took the money but still gave me the unauthorized code as an error
