Do I need to file a T4A from a Payer if I worked a freelance job for them and I don't have an HST number and haven't exceeded my 30K year limit?
Yes, you will need to claim the T4A. You don't put an HST number- you will use your home address as the business address and put your industry code which you will find it here.
