There are fewer links this year. I cannot switch between my husband and my profile like other years. It asked him about union dues, but not me. I need this credit to be entered

Until you complete the profile questionnaire, the Find button will not be present. Once your husband's profile is complete then yours will come up and this is where the question about union dues will come up for you. When both profiles are completed, you will be able to go back and forth between the two returns.
