No, you don't need a CRA account to use NETFILE to submit your return. You do need one to use the Auto-Fill or Express NOA services, though.

 

You also don't need the NETFILE Access Code to file your return - it is optional. If you do want to use it, you can find it on your 2019 Notice Of Assessment. This FAQ has more info: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/community/tax-topics/help/what-is-the-netfile-access-code-nac-a...
