Does anyone know how to fix Turbotax crashing and saying Oops something went wrong return to start of interview and try again every time I enter Northern Residents dates?

Every time I enter my designated northern living zone and enter the dates i living in the zone and hit next its crashes and say oops go back to beginning of interview and try to just skip the step that causes the error but I'm not going to skip the step that gives me a big deduction
