Downloaded wrong year

Dear TurboTax,

I downloaded 2024 because that is the year I should have filed my tax return for 2023.  Once I opened the software I realized I needed 2023.  Can I please get a refund?  Also I paid in February 2024 for my 2023 tax return which I completed online but did not fully submit.  Is there a way to access and complete or do I need the desktop software?

Hoping you can refund desktop 2024 as I am now going to download 2023.
