For 2021 taxes is amounts received as CRB included in the calculation of "net income". This is in relation to the "claw back" when one's "net income" exceeds $38000.

The claw back means one has to reimburse$0.50 if the CRB for every dollar of net income one earned above $38,000

As per CRA- You are allowed to earn up to $38,000 in net income (excluding the amount received for the Canada Recovery Benefit), before becoming subject to the repayment provision.
