Form W-2G bug

For Box 13, there is no Nevada in the menu.  I called support and was informed to leave it blank because NV has no state tax.  Great!

Now SmartCheck fails.  Oddly, the menu presented by SmartCheck DOES have Nevada listed.

This appears to be a bug.
