    Have paid but requesting 2nd payment for 2021

    Are you using TurboTax Desktop or TurboTax Online? TurboTax Online is no longer available for 2021, so there's no way to create another return for that year using Online.

     

    If you are using TurboTax Desktop, have you checked your return counter to see if you have used all your returns?
