I submitted my '22 return in Oct23. It shows up under "Your filed tax returns are saved here". However, there is no Confirmation Number, can I resubmit and start another?

I am unable to submit via netfile as its saying "i need to confirm spouse income". i have completed my spouse return/income at same time as my return. how do i resolve?
I cannot see the T1135 I submitted via TurboTax at CRA's website. I got the green confirmation. What should I do? Do I have to submit that again, or via mail?
I am not sure if I submit my retun that I filed here cause I did'nt get any confirmation just a receipt for my pay.
