Hello, I use turbotax for many years tax return. Usually, it input my former information. But this year it doesn't. Why?

In TurboTax, you generally must transfer your data at the very beginning of a new return. If you have already started entering info, the option disappears. Go to the File menu and select New Tax Return. It should immediately prompt you to "Transfer" or "Continue from a previous year" (depending on what version you have used). 

In TurboTax, how do I transfer my information from my previous year's tax return?
