I PURCHASED TURBO TAX FROM STAPLES, KEYED AN ACTIVATION NUMBER BUT THE DIRECTIONS WERE CONFUSING SO A SEPARATE TURBO TAX OPENED. HAVE TO PAY NOW TO KEEP IT. SUGGESTIONS?
