Your TurboTax account stays the same every year as you buy your different year tax software. Every year you need the new tax season software. This year you will need to buy the 2023 tax season software as it is different from the 2022 software due to changes in deduction amounts, credits, etc. from the Canada Revenue Agency.

You need to get the Turbo Tax for 2023 for your 2023Tax returns. Turbo 2022 is only for that specific year.
Each Taxation Year needs a new Turbo Tax software.
