Unfortunately, as we can't view your return we can't see what may have been entered. You will need to review your return carefully to make sure that nothing has been transferred from last year and nothing was entered in the wrong box on your T-slip.

Why not be straight up and say "Unfortunately, since you refuse to pay us $40 to input the same information you have, we won't try to answer your question." That would at least be honest.
The only way we can verify such questions is to view your return. As we don't have access to do this you will need to contact our phone support team who can view your return.
