How do you change your percent of ownership of a rental property?

In the menu on the left click on Income then scroll down and click on Rental Properties. In this screen you will place a check mark under both names. Create the rental schedule under your name and indicate that you are a co-owner and the percentage for your spouse. Your spouses details will appear in the top box leave the lower box empty. The net rental income or loss will be divided between you.
