How do I submit my turbo tax with one partner self employed and one regular employed?

If you are legally married and filing jointly, you can use TurboTax Self-Employed, which is the version you are currently using. You would input the W-2 for one spouse and complete a Schedule C for the other. 

Please follow the instructions below to enter a W-2: 

1. Open your tax return. 
2. Search for W-2 with the magnifying glass tool on the top of the page. 
3. Select the Jump to W-2 link at the top of the search results.
4. Click on Add a W-2.
5. Follow the on screen instructions to add the W-2.

Then, to set up your business and create your self-employment Schedule C forms:

1. Search for schedule c and click the Jump to link in the search results.
2. Answer Yes to Did you have any self-employment income or expenses?
3. Follow the onscreen instructions.
