Last year I filed using Premier online for capital gains. This year I have a basic return but the online product wants to charge me "Premier" price - how to fix???
I have been customers for years, are charged 50% more than someone who goes to Walmart and buys the same product from you, Why are you so abusive and dishonest?
Intuit is trying to charge my credit card, although I have not purchased any of their products with my credit card. I purchased Turbotax online but paid for it up front.
