How to show gross profit as general contractor

I work for Long and McQuade as a private music teacher, and I am confused by how to input my income. Do I put in my take-home income? Do I put in the amount Long and McQuade charged and subtract the difference between that and my take-home amount? If so, how do I show my gross profit while deducting the amount Long and McQuade took? I’m very confused by this process.
