I already have send my tax report via impôtnet. Can I a resend a revised copy?

I just want to return a revised copy to the federal government, can I do it? If yes, is there any particular process

You can make changes after you have filed your tax return through the CRA or through ReFILE. TurboTax doesn't support refile for Quebec. Please see this FAQ for more details: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/2647992
