I am a registered dietitian and I have a contract position where I receive fees for service. Do I enter the business I work for in the self-employment info?

Yes, any time you receive fees for services you provide that exceed $3,500, CRA considers you to be Self-Employed and requires you to report that income on a T2125 - Statement of Business Activities. Here you can claim any expenses to offset that income.

You may receive a T4A with an amount in Box 20 or 48 for these services, if you do you must enter that slip first in TurboTax.
