I am attempting to add a t4 but there is no option for box 119

Please double-check what type of slip you have. If you have a Box 119, you likely have a T4A, not a T4.

Click the back button to leave the T4 entry page. Then, select Find (the magnifying glass icon) from the top right. Type “T4A” in the search box, and then select T4A - Pension, Retirement, Annuity, and Other Income from the list. Click on the “Go” button. Then click the “Enter new T4A for [Your Name]” button. You will find Box 119 in the bottom half of the page, just above the COVID Related Benefits.
