    I am filing returns for my wife but TT is asking me to pay $21 to upgrade before i file, how do i go about this?

    I am filing returns for my wife but TT is asking me to pay $21 to upgrade before i file, how do i go about this?

    It should be added to your payment page at the end if you click accept and continue.
