    i am looking to tak credit for past year capital losses and it is suggested to use T4307. I cant find this form?

    The T4037 is a CRA guide to Capital Gains, not a tax form. You can get a copy of it on the CRA's website: https://www.canada.ca/en/revenue-agency/services/forms-publications/publications/t4037.html
