I am self employed and not eligible to claim the Canada Employment amount on Line 31260. I have added tips on line 10400 which CRA states is the correct line?

How do I remove this deduction that is automatically entered?

This will probably come up in the Review at the end of your return where you will be able to remove the amount. If you have entered "Received tips, gratuities, occasional earnings, or other employment income" which is not self-employment the software has picked this up to allow the Canada Employment amount. Once all the information is entered and reviewed, you will be able to disallow the amount. You can also use the Find icon at the top right of the screen and enter employment status to verify if you have entered the above mentioned income.
