I am using home and business 2019 and the optimizers are all greyed out, how do i activate these?

To use the Optimizers, please switch to Forms mode by clicking on the Forms icon in the blue icon bar. Then when you select Tools > Optimizers, they should be accessible.

To go back to the EasyStep Interview, click on the EasyStep icon in the blue icon bar.
