I bot a standard on line edition yet before i can continue it wants to me to pick one. If I pick standard it charges me again. whats up?

Did you purchase a pre-payment code? If so, go ahead and choose Standard; you'll enter the code you got on your email receipt to "pay" for your return when TurboTax prompts you.
