I bought a turbotax stabdard edition at costco, I'm a mac user can I use the activation key to run the web version ?

I open the box, I don't think costco will refund the software,  Is there a way to convert my user licence to a web licence

Unfortunately, CD/download IKCs are not transferable to our online version.

Costco will issue a refund, or you can request a refund from us: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/2647900
