I bought the TurboTax basic 2020 to file my 2020 tax return, yet when trying to open the file, I am getting a pop up window saying the file cannot open. What do I do?

Can you please provide more information about your problem? Is it that the installer file that's not working, or have you already installed the program and it's not opening a tax return that you've already created?
