I can access only 2018 and 2017 tax returns, but unfortunately I cannot find my 2016 and 2015 tax returns. Why I don't see them? Last 7 years should be available!

If you prepared your 2015 and 2016 tax returns using TurboTax Online, you will only be able to view them if you saved a PDF copy of these returns.
It also depends on if you used a paid-for version of TurboTax or the Free version. TurboTax just recently began storing your information for seven years and 2017 is the furthest back you can go.
