I did not receive one of my income slips, from the Alberta government so what do I do if I do not have all of my slips?

I did not receive my T5007 from the Alberta Government so how do I proceed without the slip?

If you have a CRA My Account, then you can check there for your T5007. Or you can contact the Alberta government and request they send you one.
