    I downloaded Turbotax premier to my computer. I completed my tax returns. Now it won't turn on. I need to access my son's tax return.

    Can I log in on another computer?

    I downloaded Turbotax premier to my computer. I completed my tax returns. Now it won't turn on. I need to access my son's tax return.

    The TurboTax Desktop version must be downloaded and installed using the same license code on a second Windows device. 

    Where can I get the Download edition of TurboTax?
