Keep having to reinstall. When I reopen the program all of my info is gone, starting fresh. I keep having to reinstall the program and then I have all my data back

I keep having to reinstall my program.  Then when I reinstall it I have all of my data back.  It seems when the software checks for Turbo Tax updates that it when I lose it but I can't say for sure.  This is frustrating and once I finish my latest one, regardless of how many times I save it, where I save it, etc. The next time I open the software it is gone.  But oddly then once I reinstall the software I have my data back.  I am using the CD for my copy.

Please remove the copy of TurboTax that you do have on your computer and do a fresh installation- Click on Standard to download and you will use the same IKC code that you used to install the CD.

I guess and then spend the hours re-entering everything from scratch or is data going to be there?
