I am on the "review and pay" section and the second part "billing information" is below the bottom of the screen and I cannot find a way to scroll down or drag up HELP?

I had an issue with this too. I could only scroll down using the scroll wheel on my mouse when the mouse pointer is inside of the "billing information" popup. I hope this helps.

I just had the same challenge. I made sure the curser was beside the credit card expiry date.  Then I used the arrow buttons to go down on the screen.
