    I had started a 2024 return but had not yet filed. Now not only is it gone, but I am unable to create a new 2024 return?

    If you used TurboTax Online, do you have more than one account? If so, the 2024 return might be there. Or maybe your return was done on a spouse/partner's account (if applicable)?

     

    To create a new 2024 tax return, you can login to TurboTax Canada Online 2024 here: https://ww1.2024.ca.turbotaxonline.intuit.com/
