    I have 5 years of TurboTax programs on my computer but last year the returns saved in each of the years (except 2017) disappeared. Any explanation?

    I'm sorry to hear that you are having this problem. To try find your returns on your machine, search for them by their file extension. All TurboTax CD/Download files are *.TT<tax_year>. For example, if you’re looking for your tax year 2016 files, search for *.TT16.
